DTC error in APIM after update

I tried to update APIM firmware, seem like it update finished but some error in DTC under APIM. can anybody help me to fix it? thank you so much!!

Module configuration programming (As Built format) and load *AB factory configuration in there. Please prepare it advance (download for Motorcraft site by VIN),
write All (all blocks!)

I'm new here, can you guide me step by step, I only know "update Wizard", "VBF Loader" to flash the firmware. don't know where can be download the *AB as you mentioned.
my VIN is LVSHFFAC0GF528807
