Who can tell me exactly what settings to make to upgrade a Mondeo mk5 2.0tdci 150ps to 180ps.
I have an idea but i have never tried it.

I really want to know this aswell

Direct config PCM 2.0d - search parametr name "Power Rating N"
set to "Power Rating N+1"

But u need to change the BCM aswell, no?

And what about the FCIM?

It controls the injectors, so I guess they need to get the correct input aswell

Where are you from? Please fill in the user profile.
If you experience such issues, it is better not to be engaged in increasing power.
FCIM - Front Controls Interface Module - It can be turned off at all, and throw in the trash. The engine will not notice
BCM - Body Control Module - I do not know what to say. I personally do not change it.

Take off the logs engine before and after changing "Power Rating". And everything will be clear.

And you don't reset the ABS either?

Vincent and I, both changed the map used on our cars!

But with the latest PCM update, u need to use the third security setting, if not u get an error writing to the PCM (so don't use Auto or the second one, but rather the third one)

I did it the same way. i have a automatic transmission, but in TCM i cant change the parameter from 150ps to 180ps (write error).....is it needed to change it???

Yes, tried the third security setting to write it?

We don't have a TCM, cause we have a manual transmission

Yes i tried both, but i cant write the TCM. But the car drives normaly....maybe it doesnt matter.

I guess u have three settings.

The AUTO, and then two more settings, so the third one doesn't work either, u say...

Yes correct none of them is working to write on the TCM
