Pre-Collision Assist Not Working

Hello everyone.

I want to ask you something. My car is 2015 Mondeo Titanium. Since my car doesn't have lane tracking or tsr features, I bought an ipma with part number FU5A-17E678-SH. We did the installation. TSR and lane tracking work fine. But Pre-Collision Assist is not working. They say that the Pre-Collision Assist feature does not work in ipma with TSR feature. This doesn't make much sense to me. I'm investigating if this is possible.
