Firmware front camera and setup

Hey...
i bought a front camera for my focus st (built 2017) on ebay...
my car was not equipped with a front camera from factory
the camera hast the part number f1ft-19h406-ae
i got the wiring harness from my ford dealer an connected the camera to the vehicle.
what will i have to do, to get the camera working?
traffic sign recognisation
lane assistant etc
the camera does not appear when i do poll all mudules
i´m really sorry for my bad english and this unprofessional question!
i really hope there´s someone out there who can help me!
