IPC upgrade problem

Hello
I pressed on the button « Upgrade to level ‘BM5T-14C026-BT » but after the update the screen don’t display any informations.
It is possible to fix this or can I downgrade the firmware to the original, and how ? The car is a Focus Mk3 2011
