We aré make diferente test, but now we have two errores with incompatible versión.

I load the bcmi data from etis and write to bcmi, reset all dtc with ucds and forscan, and the error Of the pbm disappear, but then one error appear in the rcm module, with incompatible module versión. After this i change engine type to 150ps, and reset all dtc with ucds and forscan, but the error on the rcm dont dissapear and other error appear too in pbm module.

Resume: 2 errors with incompatible module versión. I Am scared!

I Think that kroligoff is search one solution for this problem, him say that there are strange errórs and this error not critical and have only information character!

And other problem is that the car that have the problem is not mine. Then i dont can any test, only some weekends!

Today I had help, kroligoff, at the end there was an error in the original settings asbuilt .

Finally there has been a single error, the PBM , but Kroligof said to be only informative and that will be corrected in the future.

The car now is with 163 CV, the par is 381,1 NM!

Now the order correct that i try was:

1.- Read Bcmi with asbuild edit.

2.- Backup with ucds.

3.- Change engine type in the asbuild editor to 150 PS EUro 5

4.- Delete all dtcs with ucds and with forscan.

5.- Go to Focus 3 or Kuga 2 Section =>PCM\TCM Reprogramming=> Press CCC Learning

6.- Delete all dtcs with ucds and with forscan.

With this step i have only one error: module PBM: code 2101 - Control Module Configuration Incompatible

Is this method possible for other cars likr FF3? imine 1,6 TDCI 95-115Hp or 1,6 EB 150-182 HP?

HI, i've tried this method on FF3 tdci 1,6 115hp to downgrade 95hp, just for testing.


1.- Read Bcmi with asbuild edit.

3.- Change engine type in the asbuild editor to 95 DV06

4.- Delete all dtcs with ucds and with forscan. I needed to initiated ABS modul becouse i had error

5.- Go to Focus 3 or Kuga 2 Section =>PCM\TCM Reprogramming=> Press CCC Learning - doesnt work for me it shows. Any one? any idea??

In forscan there is no PID's for CET or TORQUE so i cant check is it work? Is anybody know how to check it? After this when i'm reading BCM it shows modified engine but i'm not in its not fake.

sorry, it will not work that way in 1.6tdci !!!!
