I send you link for download test version ucds, this version include full Asbuilt Editor all parameters (include hidden)

You can Edit Asbuit and save in file, and download in car from Mondeo Section

VBF saver for PCM in FF3/mondeo mkIV ... I updated PCM and THEN customer said that chiptunnig was in PCM

it's too late - chip is GONE

I know - but new idea: save firmware from car before updating

You mean READING of PCM?
That would be great to move chip from one to another, but I doubt it will be implemented.
